Video - Explanation of Tempo & Time Under Tension

Vince Delmonte demonstrates the importance of tempo, and TUT (time under tension) in your weight training workouts.

Remember that you should experiment with different tempos, but the key to results and avoiding injury is control and correct form for each and every repetitions.  Remember that the concentric portion of the lift is usually explosive, while the eccentric part of the lift is slow and controlled.
