Protein Waffles

Ingredients

3 Egg whites         

1/4 cup oat flour                      

2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder     

1 tbsp. applesauce                         

1 packet artificial sweetener        

Dash of cinnamon                                       

Directions

    Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.  Spoon batter into a pre-heated waffle iron (add some nonstick cooking spray).  Cook until golden brown and serve with sugar-free syrup or honey.
