			<description>first of all this program sucks. There is not enough exercses for each body part, the muscle isnt gonna be overloaded enough to get blood flowing.  Try doing giant sets, which is super sets but with 4 exercises rather than 2. leg press, leg extension, lying squat and inverted leg press all 3 sets of 8 is a good one for legs. 30 seconds rest in between giant sets then right back at it, no rest in between exercises - julian</description>
