Met-RX Big 100 Colossal Bars Review

Choosing a meal replacement bar that tastes great is very important in my eyes, and let me tell you that you will literally gag on some of these things (yes, some bars bars-buy-nowtaste THAT bad).  I'll admit that they have come a long way in the last 10 years both in terms of taste, and texture, but there still are plenty of bars out there that taste awful.  On top of that, the lower quality meal replacement bars have poor sources of protein and filler products added to them, so these should be avoided at all costs.

Of the plethora of meal replacement bars on the market today, only a handful offer both quality, afordability and delicious taste-the three most important things to look for when choosing a bar.

My top meal replacement bar pick is Met-RX Big 100 Colossal Bars.  They taste great, contain 410 caloris per bar (with 32 Grams of high quality protein), and are priced right.  I'll admit that the are not the cheapest on the market by any means, but for $24.89 per box of 12, they are a great deal for what they offer.

Met-RX Big 100 Colossal Bars are available in the following flavors:

  • Crispy Apple Pie
  • Peanut Butter Caramel Crunch
  • Peanut Butter Pretzel
  • Super Cookie Crunch

**All flavors are good, I recommend the Crispy Apple Pie or Super Cookie Crunch.

Tip Of The Month

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Fortunately it's simple, and you don't need a physical therapy assistant in order to pack on some pounds, as it's quite simple. Too much weight training and not enough food will literally make it impossible to gain weight, and it's safe to say that if you are losing weight or seeing no results at all, it's time to step back and make some major changes.  Start to eat more food and train less, and I can almost guarantee that you will start seeing some great results.
