Marc David, author of No-Bull Bodybuilding.

Marc David began bodybuilding at the age of 16. He was frustrated with his stubborn 130LB frame, and was eager to build some mass.

After training for over 15 years and trying every imaginable weight training technique and supplement available, mark had almost nothing to show for it. His friends and family were recommending that it was time to throw in the towel. He was just about ready to give up...

Now over a decade later, Mark has finally been able to "crack the muscle growth code". He gained 55 pounds of lean muscle mass in only 12 months. Now those are some respectable numbers!

Marc was eager to teach others everything he had learned over those 15 agonizing years so decided to start a bodybuilding forum where he would help answer questions for beginner bodybuilders.

After he realized just how many people were in the same boat as he was years back, he decided to publish the e-book No-Bull Bodybuilding.

This e-book is written with the beginner in mind. Consider this a step-by-step program, designed for someone that has little or no previous bodybuilding experience. It is also helpful for any of you that have tried to gain weight, but were unable to attain satisfactory results.

Tip Of The Month

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Too much weight training and not enough food will literally make it impossible to gain weight, and it's safe to say that if you are losing weight or seeing no results at all, it's time to step back and make some major changes.  Start to eat more food and train less, and I can almost guarantee that you will start seeing some great results.
