Sick and tired of his 6'2" 142 lb. body and unsuccessfully attempting to build mass by following every bodybuilding program imaginable, Jeff Anderson decided enough was enough. It was time to take matters into his own hands and determine the most effective way to pack on mass.

Jeff didn't let his poor genetics phase him, and he began carefully compiling all of the results and notes he'd tracked from previous training regimens he had experimented with. This would help him determine what elements of building muscle were missing.

Armed with a piece of paper, pencil, ipod, and weight gloves, Jeff become know as the "Muscle Nerd" from other gym members, as he would diligently track all aspects of his training routine to determine what did and didn't work.

Finally one day he accidentally came across a technique that would allow him to use his body's own genetic defense mechanisms against them selves, literally forcing it's self to build muscle and burn fat.

After a few more years of experimentation and fine tuning, It was finally time to release Optimum Anabolics, an advanced step by step muscle building program that explains exactly how to "program" your body to pack on slabs of muscle.

But the "Muscle Nerd" didn't stop there. He also published Homemade Supplement Secrets, an awesome ebook that explains how to mix supplements that result in powerful muscle building concoctions.

Tip Of The Month

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Fortunately it's simple, and you don't need a physical therapy assistant in order to pack on some pounds, as it's quite simple. Too much weight training and not enough food will literally make it impossible to gain weight, and it's safe to say that if you are losing weight or seeing no results at all, it's time to step back and make some major changes.  Start to eat more food and train less, and I can almost guarantee that you will start seeing some great results.
