The Best Shoulder Muscle Exercises

  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press (seated)
  • Dumbbell Military Press (standing)

The Best Arm Exercises

Triceps:

  • Dips (narrow grip)
  • Tricep Pressdowns

Biceps:

  • Standing BB Curls
  • Incline Dumbbell Curls

Best Leg Muscle Exercises

Quads:

  • Squats
  • Lunges

Hips:

  • Traditional Deadlifts
  • Stiff Leg Deadlifts

The Best Lower Back Muscle Exercises

  • Good Morning

The Best Calf Muscle Exercise

  • Standing Calve Raises

The Best Abdominal Exercises

  • Weighted Ball Situps
  • Weighted Cable Crunches

If you're wondering why I believe that these are the best exercises for building muscle mass, it's because these are the exact same exercises I used to gain 41 pounds of muscle mass in under six months!

Now we both know that there are plenty of other muscle exercises that are not on my list, but these ones are the best, especially for hardgainers!  Adding these exercises to your routine will ensure the best possible muscule and strength gains and that you will have a rock-hard body in less time than ever!

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Fortunately it's simple, and you don't need a physical therapy assistant in order to pack on some pounds, as it's quite simple.
