Testosterone levels play a vital role in the muscle building process. Without adequate levels of this powerful hormone, it is very difficult to pack on any weight. Fortunately, your age and genetics are not the only factors that determine your testosterone levels.

In the following article, Sean Nalewanyj outlines 10 different things you can do to increase your body's levels of testosterone. Eating the proper foods, adequate sleep, and the right weight training exercises are a few of the things that Sean insists must be followed in order to keep testosterone levels high.

Testosterone is one of the most crucial hormones needed to build muscles. It can also be a limiting factor as it can determine how much your actual muscles can grow.

If you are able to increase the amount of testosterone your body produces, there are a variety of benefits to your body, including:

  • Increasing your muscle size and strength

  • Decreasing your body’s fat levels

  • Improve your mood

  • Decreasing your overall and your bad cholesterol

  • Improving your sex drive

To work on naturally increasing your testosterone, try these 10 steps;

1) Use compound exercises in your workouts.

Compound exercises refer to a great deal of basic workouts such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses and chin ups. Each of these basic workouts place a great deal of stress on your muscle groups, forcing them to release testosterone.

2) Give Your Workouts 100% Effort

In order to gain the best effects from your efforts, give every workout as much as you can as it is the stress that you place on your muscles that will help them to grow.

3) Don’t Forget Your Legs

A bunch of people only train their chest, or they spend a small amount of time developing their legs. Don’t forget your legs- workout your entire body. The legs are a very large muscle group, and training them will actually help your upper body grow.muscle-truth-review2

4) Essential Fatty Acids

Be sure to add a high volume of essential fatty acids to your daily diet as they are a great way to boost your own body’s natural testosterone levels. Even if you are trying to restrict calories, consuming healthy fats should not be a problem.

5) Monitor Soy Intake

While there are many health benefits of soy, it can have a negative effect on testosterone production, so when possible work to avoid it in your diet.

6) Limit your consumption of alcohol

Alcohol has been shown to have quite a dramatic effect on testosterone levels, so try to limit your "binge drinking" nights and keep your alcohol consumption in moderation.

7) Eat Your Vegetables

The following vegetables are beneficial at naturally increasing testosterone, including: broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, turnips, cabbage and brussel sprouts.

8) Manage Your Personal Stress Levels

Increased stress levels can work to reduce your testosterone levels.

9) Have More Sex

Sexual activity works to increase testosterone levels.

10) Go to Sleep

Too many people do not get enough sleep and a lack of sleep substantially reduce testosterone levels. Aim for 8 hours every night- even on weekends!

There are 10 relatively simple ways you can naturally boost your body's levels of testosterone. Remember that the higher your levels of testosterone, the easier it will be to pack on muscle, so be sure to follow these steps I've recommended!

One Day Sean decided that he was tired of his skinny 125 pound frame, and he was going to do something about it.  And so he did...muscle-truth-review2

Armed with a set free-weights he had purchased from a local department store, a determined Sean Nalewanyj began day one of his remarkable physical transformation.

Eighty pounds of lean muscle tissue later, he decided that it was time to share what he had learned with others, and created the muscle building program  "The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System", which I highly recommend.

Sean openly admits that building muscle is often more difficult than most promoters make it out to be.   But he believes that with the right attitude, and right direction, anyone can accomplish their goals.

Sean really knows what it takes to pack on muscle, and his commitment and dedication to teaching others the fundamentals of bodybuilding really makes him standout in my eyes.

Be sure to take advantage of all of Sean's free information including his videos and articles that are posted below, which are updated regularly.  Also, if you haven't already tried his program "The Muscle Gain Truth No Fail System", check it out!

Tip Of The Month

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Fortunately it's simple, and you don't need a physical therapy assistant in order to pack on some pounds, as it's quite simple. Too much weight training and not enough food will literally make it impossible to gain weight, and it's safe to say that if you are losing weight or seeing no results at all, it's time to step back and make some major changes.  Start to eat more food and train less, and I can almost guarantee that you will start seeing some great results.
