High Protein Rice & Chicken Recipe

Spicy Chicken & Rice

(Serves 2)

Ingredients

2 tsp sunflower oil

2 chicken breasts

6 oz brown rice

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 - 2 tsp curry powder

1 tbsp tomato puree

3 tbsp water 
 
Directions 

  • Cook chicken and boil rice
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan and cook onion for 5 minutes until golden.
  • Add garlic and curry powder and cook for 2 additional minutes.
  • Cut chicken into chunks and add to a pan with tomato puree and water.
  • Cut Chicken into chunks and add to pan with tomato puree and water.
  • Cover and cook for 5-10 more minutes.
  • Serve with Rice and green vegetables.

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Fortunately it's simple, and you don't need a physical therapy assistant in order to pack on some pounds, as it's quite simple.
