Weight Gain Oatmeal Recipe

Here is Marc David demonstrating how to make a fast and easy high calorie meal.  Since time is always a big factor when it comes to putting meals together for your weight gain diet, arming yourself with loads of fast and easy muscle building recipes like this one is a must.

Here is a breakdown of this recipe in case you didn't catch it on the video:

1 Cup oats 1 Scoop protein powder
1 Tbsp EFA oil supplement
1 Cup milk (Marc uses 1% but if you want to bump up the calories, use whole milk)
1 Banana

Protein: 38
Carbohydrates: 97
Fat:  24

Total Calories: 743

This is a good recipe becuase it's fast and easy to prepare. I like to add some cinamon or honey to my oatmeal for extra flavor.
