Another Impressive 12 Week Transformation

Here is another pretty impressive 12 week muscle transformation.  The guy claims that it was 100% natural, but judging by the youtube comments there are alot of people that don't buy it. 

Based on his relatively large mesomorphic frame, I think it is certainly a plausible transformation.

Always remember that when training your shoulders using the correct amount of weight and proper exercise form is of the utmost importance.

Because the shoulder muscles are used in most upperbody exercises and lack stability, the are particularly vulnerable to injury.
