If you're like most bodybuilders, finding time to manually track every piece of food you eat is very difficult. However, since it is such an important part of your bodybuilding diet, it must not be overlooked.
Without tracking your caloric intake you may never know how many calories your body actually requires, making it difficult to build muscle. Also keep in mind that as you build muscle, your caloric requirements will increase, making calorie tracking even more important.
For these reasons, any bodybuilder can benefit from software programs that are specifically designed to help track caloric intake. There are many programs available online that will help track calories.

Compilation of Weight Training Accidents

This video has some real classic weight lifting disasters. Mostly bench press accidents, which seem to be the most common. I'm curious as to the severity of the injuries some of these lifters sustained. 250 lbs. + falling on the sternum can't be good!
Remember to take the following in to consideration when lifting heavy weights (especially on the bench press):
