Bodybuilding supplements do work, but they aren't special potions that that will build muscle and weight overnight.  Building significant amounts of mass still requires the right muscle building diet, a strength training program, and plenty of hard work.

Below are my reviews of the most commonly used bodybuilding supplements.  The recommended supplements are considered safe and will accelerate muscle gains if consumed properly.  The unrecommended supplements are either unsafe, lack scientific research, or provide little to know benefits to building muscle.
