The Five Elements of a Weight Training Program that Works

Here are what I consider to be five of the most important things you have to learn and understand in order to successfully build muscle. 

1.  Nothing works forever -  Performing the same exercises, or neglecting to increase the intensity of your workouts will lead to minimal muscle gains.  Overtime the body will adapt to your routine, and what was once an extreme challenge will become easy.  In order to reach your goals, you have to keep your body guessing, and progressively overload the muscles by increasing the intensity of your program.

Impressive Transformation

Here is another "motivational" video of a rather impressive transformation of a man who was training to compete in a bodybuilding competition that was 12 months away.  The video is a compilation of his preparation, along with some pictures of himself before he began training.
