Mass Gaining Smoothie Recipe

Supplementing your weight gain diet with meal replacement shakes is an essential part of your muscle building program.  The big advantage of shakes over solid meals is that they are portable, fast and easy to prepare, and are extremely easy to digest. You can also easily customize your shakes to match the number of calories you require each meal.

In the video below, Vince Delmonte (creator of No-Nonsense Muscle Building) shares one of his favorite mass gaining shake recipes.   Adding smoothies to your diet will provide your body with extra nutritious calories to help repair your muscles.

Six Pack Routine for Skinny Guys

Skinny guys often think that it will be challenging if not impossible for them to gain a six pack. Is there a six pack routine that actually works for ectomorphs?

While many people sit and think why would someone who is already skinny be concerned with a six pack abs routine, in reality, many guys at this lighter weight do actually want to gain a tighter and bulkier six pack.

If you are in the process of focusing on building muscle, it is important to remember that your abdominal area is a muscle as well. The same principle applies to the abdominal muscles as does to the rest of your muscles and that is to train them.

Pre Workout Nutrition

Proper planning for your workouts will enable you to get the best possible results from each one. When you prepare to walk into the gym for your routine, you want to be both mentally prepared and physically prepared.

One of the most important things that you can do before you workout is eat properly. Your goals for a pre-workout meal are to maximize your potential strength, to provide the body with the needed energy to become successful and to minimize the breakdown of your muscles.

In addition to concerning yourself with food, you will need to make sure that you are fully hydrated. Water is important for every bodily function, yet so many of us do not drink enough on a daily basis. It is not advised to drink a ton of water right before you workout, but rather to prepare a few hours ahead of time with your hydration.

Another Impressive 12 Week Transformation

Here is another pretty impressive 12 week muscle transformation.  The guy claims that it was 100% natural, but judging by the youtube comments there are alot of people that don't buy it.

Based on his relatively large mesomorphic frame, I think it is certainly a plausible transformation.

What do you think?

Tip Of The Month

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Fortunately it's simple, and you don't need a physical therapy assistant in order to pack on some pounds, as it's quite simple. Too much weight training and not enough food will literally make it impossible to gain weight, and it's safe to say that if you are losing weight or seeing no results at all, it's time to step back and make some major changes.  Start to eat more food and train less, and I can almost guarantee that you will start seeing some great results.
