Anthony Ellis can tell a tale of "hardgainer" frustration better than anyone.

No matter what he tried, Anthony couldn't build significant amounts of muscle mass on his 135Lb. frame.

This scenario is rather ordinary these days, but Anthony's story became extraordinary when he decided that it was finally time to find out how to defeat his skinny genetics.

Realizing that the programs and tips he had learned from bodybuilding magazines were useless for his body type, Anthony began to develop a plan tailored to hardgainers like himself.

He then entered the EAS Body For Life transformation challenge and won his division.

The results he achieved were amazing to say the least. He was able to build 32 Lbs. of rock solid muscle in only 12 short weeks.

Tip Of The Month

I assume that your main goal is to learn how to build muscle fast and not how to get skinny fast, but many of you are actually encouraging weight loss as opposed to weight gain.  Too much weight training and not enough food will literally make it impossible to gain weight, and it's safe to say that if you are losing weight or seeing no results at all, it's time to step back and make some major changes.  Start to eat more food and train less, and I can almost guarantee that you will start seeing some great results.
